Non-Citizen Technical Advisers
A new law, the Public Employment (Engagement of Non-Citizen Technical Advisers) Regulation 2016, will apply from 1 September 2016.
The Regulation applies to Non-Citizen Technical Advisers who are employed by Aid Contractors and other Agencies to provide advisory support within PNG Government Agencies.
